About the Company

USATestprep, Inc. has been in business since 1998. Our goal is to provide quality, convenient, and affordable review to help students pass CAHSEE, EOCEP, ISAT, EOI, SOL, EOC, NC EOC, and other tests.

Co-Founders

The site was designed and is maintained by two former Georgia High School teachers, Jay Eckard and Joe Winterscheidt, who have over 20 years of combined experience in the classroom. They both graduated in 1996 from Georgia State University with Master’s degrees in Secondary Science Education. Prior to that, Jay received a degree in Chemistry from Furman University and Joe a degree in Nuclear Engineering from Mississippi State University. They are both committed to using their experiences and knowledge to provide students with the best review experience available.   They are both husbands and fathers and have a commitment to their families, schools and communities.
