USATestprep and the Alabama Middle School ARMT/ASA

Since 1990, all students in Alabama have been required to take the Alabama Middle School ARMT/ASA. The content of these tests is determined by the Courses of Study and the Item Specifications. The Alabama Middle School ARMT/ASA is designed to measure student performance of the standards and objectives in the Courses of Study. Performance on the Alabama Middle School ARMT/ASA determines student's advancement and/or graduation, as well as school's AYP status, as determined by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.
