USATestprep and the Mississippi Middle School MCT2

Since 2001, all students in Mississippi have been required to take the Mississippi Middle School MCT2. The content of these tests is determined by the Curriculum Frameworks and the Test Blueprints. The Mississippi Middle School MCT2 is designed to measure student performance of the strands and competencies in the Curriculum Frameworks. Performance on the Mississippi Middle School MCT2 determines student's advancement and/or graduation, as well as school's AYP status, as determined by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.
